4. Service Execution
We strive to assign trained and background-verified professionals for all services. However, timings and availability may vary due to location, service demand, and public holidays. ServicePro is not liable for delays caused by unavoidable circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a service up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a small fee. No-shows without prior notice will be considered as completed bookings and may not be eligible for refund.

6. Refunds & Revisit Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We offer a free service revisit or partial refund in case of genuine dissatisfaction or service failure. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. User Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide accurate information, ensure access to the premises, and maintain respectful communication with service professionals. Misuse, abusive behavior, or unsafe environments may lead to service denial or account suspension.
